بسياري از افرادي كه در حين چاپ دچار مشكل مي شوند . اكثرا در بخش رنگ هاست . در واقع اگر دانش رنگشناسي را نداشته باشيد نمي توانيد اون طرح مورد نظر خود را پياده كنيد .

رنگشناسي يا اصول كاربرد رنگ در طرح ! جزو مهمترين اصول چاپ شناخته مي شود .
يكي از مشكلات عمده رنگ بندي و تركيب بندي صفحات اين است كه :
رنگي كه ما در موقع طراحي با سيستم بكار مي بريم ! در موقع چاپ رنگي متمايزي به ما مي دهد كه اين خود بزرگترين مشكل مي باشد .
(اگر موضوع را باز تر كنيم ! مثلا شما از رنگ سبز كمرنگ با درصد رنك زرد 10% و 5% مشكي استفاده مي كنيد .
خب موقعيكه شما طرح خود را چاپ مي كنيد مي بينيد كه رنگ سبزي وجود ندارد ! و رنگي كه به شما داده است رنگي متمايز است از اون رنگ انتخابي ! )

توصيه من به كساني كه مي خواهند وارد چاپ و طراحي شوند اين است كه حتما كتاب راهنماي رنگ بندي ( رنگ شناسي ) رو بخرند .
اين كتاب آرشيوي از رنگ ها به همراه كد هاي مخصوص رنگ و درصد هاي آن مي باشد . كه كمك زيادي در طراحي به ما مي كند .
البته لازم به ذكر است كه همانطور كه شما رنگي كه چاپ مي كنيد با رنگ انتخابي شما فرق دارد ! در برعكس بودن آ هم صدق مي كند . يعني كسي كه با توجه به كتاب راهنماي رنگ طرحي را پياده مي كند . ممكن است در سيستم خود اون رنگ دلخواهي كه در كتاب است را نمي بيند . اما در موقع چاپ به رنگ دلخواه خود مي رسد .

حدود 80 سال پیش استاد "ایتن" در دانشگاه هنری باهاوس آلمان سیستم رنگی علمی-هنری را ابداع کرد که هنوز ماخذ اصل است و کسی حتی نزدیکش هم نشده. اصل سیستم چرخ رنگ color-wheel است که 2 بعدی است. سپس از آن کره رنگ color-sphere استخراج میشود که 3 بعدی است.

چرخ رنگ color-wheel
تمام رنگهایی را که انسان میبیند از 3 رنگ ابتدایی primary colors گرفته میشود. البته هر جانوری طیف spectrum مختلفی دارد. مثلا سگ کمتر از ما تعداد رنگ حس میکند و ماهی حوض نارنجی شب عید gold-fish بسیاری رنگهای بیشتر از انسان میبیند. این گذشته از بالا و پایین رفتن در مایکرویو ماورا-مادون بنفش-قرمز است. رنگهایی که ما میبینیم نسبتا کم است.

3 رنگ ابتدایی primary colors انسان: قرمز Red زرد Yellow و آبی Blue هستند.
فقط این 3 رنگ را به یاد نگه داری، تمام این سیستم طبیعی را میتوانی هر لحظه اظهار کنی.
RYBطبیعی (نه RGB معروف و عملی).

هر رتگی را میشود از ترکیب در سدهای مختلف این 3 استخراج کرد (RYB).
از لحاظ عملی و فنی، رنگرزی-مکانیکی-الکترونیکی Cathod RayTube-CRT TV چاپ و ...... ؛ جایگزین کردن زرد با سبز Green کنترل را راحت میکند.
البته سبز=زرد+آبی، پس زرد را در خود دارد.
به این دلیل ما سیستم RGB داریم نه RYB طبیعیتر چرا که این ترکیب و استحاله Range و مبنای قابل فهمتری برای کنترل میدهد.


حالا روی کاغذ بکش
اگر 3 رنگ اصلی RYB را در 3 گوشه دایره با فاصله مساوی بگذاریم مثل آرم مرسدس بنز، مثلث متساوی الاضلاع خواهیم داشت.
بین زرد + قرمز=نارنجی 50%Y%50 + R
بین قرمز + آبی=بنفش
بین آبی + زرد=سبز

این 3 رنگ، نارنجی بنفش سبز، 3 رنگ ثانوی secondary colors هستند. این 3 رنگ نیز مابین 3 رنگ ابتدایی مثلث دوم را تشکیل میدهند

هر رنگ مکمل Complementary و متمم طبیعی اش در آن سوی مقابل دایره است. مثلا مقابل قرمز بین آبی و زرد یعنی سبز است.
پس رنگ مکمل و بالانس و توازن ده طبیعی قرمز -ابتدایی- رنگ ثانوی سبز (آبی+زرد) است.
آبی->نارنجی(زرد+قرمز)
زرد->بنفش(آبی+قرمز)
از لحاظ علمی و هنری aesthetics این توازن و همسازی طبیعی harmony ثابت شده و حتی در آزمایش این ترکیبها مثلا آبی+نارنجی و .... بسیار زودتر در اعصاب ثبت شده و حتی آرامش ایجاد میکند.

البته بین هر دو رنگ بینهایت سایه روشن و در نتیجه رنگ است در محدوده RYB که انسان میبیند. فقط این سیستم محدود به 6 رنگ ابتدایی و ثانوی نیست و همه رنگها که ما بین اینها هستند، رنگ مکمل خود ا در روبروی دایره دارند.

پس با شلوار آبی پیراهن نارنجی و با دامن قرمز پیراهن سبز بهتر است.

فقط این 3 رنگ را، قرمز Red زرد Yellow و آبی Blue، به یاد نگه داری، تمام این سیستم طبیعی را میتوانی هر لحظه اظهار کنی.

RYBطبیعی (نه RGB معروف و عملی).
چرا که میتوانی 3 رنگ ثانوی را استخراج کنی.
آبی+زرد=سبز
زرد+قرمز=نارنجی
آبی+قرمز=بنفش

و رنگ مکمل هر ابتدایی، مجموع یا مابین 2 رنگ ابتدایی دیگر است.


کره رنگ 3 بعدی
مجموع %100 همه رنگها (یا فقط 3 رنگ ابتدایی R100%+Y100%+B100%) = سفید
مجموع %0 هیچ رنگ (یا 0% 3 رنگ ابتدایی) = سیاه

دایره 2 بعدی چرخ رنگ بالا را مثل بادکنک باد کن میشود سه بعدی و کره. قطب شمال سفید، قطب جنوب سیاه و در استوا رنگهای محض و ما بین بی نهایت رنگ وسایه روشن تدریجی تا قطبین.

در مرکز کره نیز=خاکستری = %50 سفید+ %50 سیاه (هیچ)

سیستم ایتن.

فقط 3 رنگ ابتدایی را، قرمز Red زرد Yellow و آبی Blue، به یاد نگه دار. RYB یا قزا !

در ضمن سیستم طراحی هر محصولی اگر در palette range محدودی باشد، موثرتر است.
